SPLIT 1
Farmers Carry 500yds
Do not care how you break the splits up just get 500yds of farmers carry in. If your backyard is only 10yds… you need to walk up and back 50 times.
If you go 10 sets of 50yds that is fine or however else you want to organize it.
Farmers Carry- holding two dumbbells, weight plates or something that is heavy on both hands and you simply just walk. This will help with your grip strength.
SPLIT 2
Finger Tip Push Ups
5x10-12 Reps
Superset with
Small Catches Around A Football
5x100reps
1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets
(Get a football and slowly work your hand around the ball making tiny catches to improve your grip strength)
