Eyes closed tennis ball toss 


(Close your eyes and toss a tennis ball off a wall- when you hear it make contact- open your eyes and catch it)


50 reps (25 each hand)



Overhead eyes closed tennis ball toss


(Close your eyes and have your back against a wall- toss a tennis ball over your head and when you hear it make contact with a wall look up and open your eyes/track it)


50 reps (25 each hand)
