Below we are going to give you a free cardio workout that WRs can do every day/night! A lot of people use the excuse that they “don’t have time” to train cardio but this will only take you 15 minutes so there is no excuse

6- Rounds Of This


Get on a treadmill or a field where you can run…


Sprint 25 Seconds- Rest 30 Seconds


(Sprint as hard as you can for 25 seconds then come to a complete stop for 30 seconds… 6 rounds of this… should only take 15 Minutes & 20 Seconds)
