SPLIT 1
Eyes Closed Tennis Ball Catches (50 each hand)
-stand facing a wall with your eyes closed; throw the ball off the wall and when you hear it make contact with the wall- open your eyes, locate the ball & catch with 1 hand
SPLIT 2
Overhead Eyes Closed Catches (50 each hand)
-stand with your back against a wall; toss a tennis ball underhand over your head off a the wall- when you hear it make contact, look up, track it and catch in 1 hand.
SPLIT 3
Finger Tip Push Ups (3x15 reps)
Superset with
Dumbbell Farmers Carry (3x30yds)
(Hold heavy dumbbells and walk- this helps with grip strength)
