Farmers Carry (3x50yds)

(Farmers carry is when you hold two dumbbells and just walk with the weight in your hands. Can also be done with kettle bells)

1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets

Take a weighted plate and flip it end over end and catch it. This works on finger strength

Plate Farmers Carry (3x50yds)

(Holding the plate instead of dumbbells)

1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets

SPLIT 3

Finger Tip Push Up Plank

1-set (as long as you can hold)
