SPLIT 1 (dynamic warm up)
A Skip (6 sets 15yds jog 10)
B Skip (6 sets 15yds jog 10)
C Skip (6 sets 15yds jog 10)
Do whatever stretches you need to do after this to get loose. Never want to stretch cold muscles so it is important to do exercises first that will get the blood flowing.
SPLIT 2
10x40yd sprints
Walk 40yds back for rest
5x20yd Sprints
Walk 20yds back for rest
2x100yd Sprints
Walk 100yds back for rest
