FREE WR Speed Workout Split

Below is going to be a speed training workout split for 5 days during the week. This workout split will give you the specific things you should be working on but will not break it down for you sets/reps wise. Please contact us on Instagram if you have any questions.

Monday- Resistance Work (hill/bleacher sprints)

Tuesday- Gym Work (jump squats, box jumps & power cleans)

Wednesday- Rest Day

Thursday- Resistance Work (sled or parachute sprints)

Friday- Gym Work (power cleans, pause squats, clean and jerk)

Saturday- Rest Day
