Below is a week long workout split with different aspects of the WR position you can work on a day to day basis. This will map out the general concepts and areas of emphasis you can include in your workouts! I hope you enjoy.

Monday- Route Running Day (top of the route focus- snap down breaks)

Tuesday- Press Release Day ( 1st read releases- all quick stuff)

Wednesday- Off Day (hands work)

Thursday- Route Running Day (single breaks, double breaks, double moves)

Friday- Press Release Work ( longer developing releases)
