This is a step by step breakdown of how to identify and beat the main 5 coverages you will see. We talk about Cover 0, Cover 1, Cover 2, Cover 3, and Cover 4. I give you the key things to look for in each defense and we breakdown the holes in each defense on the white board. QBs and WRs need to be able to draw up defenses and this is exactly how to do that.
