More Info On Coach Dylan
Coach Dylan played Division 1 Rugby on a full scholarship to Lindenwood University (that is the equivalent of getting a scholarship to Alabama as a football player). He is certified in strength and conditioning and he specializes in speed, agility, mobility, balance, functional strength and overall athletic improvement with his training. He travels to all of First Down Training’s camps and he works with each athlete in attendance. Coach Dylan also trains some of the top rugby & football athletes in Southern California.
