The 40 is super technical. It’s not as important as you think. We wanted to make this just so you guys have a good idea of where you should be with your 40 time- but having good game speed is always the goal. At the bottom of this article we have a free speed training video that you guys can use to improve your speed if you’re not at these averages. Again this is for high school varsity level guys.
