QB- Bench: N/A- QBs shouldn’t bench. It’s really bad for their shoulder


Squat: 225lbs


Power Clean: 175lbs


WR/DB- Bench: 145lbs


Squat: 205lbs


Power Clean: 155lbs


RB- Bench: 195lbs


Squat: 250lba


Power Clean: 195lbs


LB- Bench: 205lbs


Squat: 265lbs


Power Clean: 205lbs


TE- Same numbers as linebackers


OL/DL- Bench: 225lbs


Squat: 285lbs
