QB- Bench: N/A- QBs shouldn’t bench. It’s really bad for their shoulder

Power Clean: 205lbs


WR/DB- Bench: 205lbs


Squat: 265lbs


Power Clean: 195lbs


RB- Bench: 245lbs


Squat: 325lbs


Power Clean: 225lbs


LB- Bench: 265lbs

TE- Same numbers as linebackers


OL/DL- Bench: 265lbs
