Below we will be discussing THE AVERAGE MAX LIFTS FOR 11th & 12th GRADERS. I hope this is able to help!

The lifts we will be discussing are barbell back squat & power cleans. Probably the two most important max lifts for football players in my opinion.
QB- 11th - Squat: 275lbs Power Clean: 175lbs
12th- Squat: 315lbs Power Clean: 185lbs
WR/DB- 11th - Squat: 265lbs Power Clean: 165lbs
12th- Squat: 285lbs Power Clean: 175lbs
RB- 11th - Squat: 315lbs Power Clean: 185lbs
12th- Squat: 335lbs Power Clean: 205lbs
TE- 11th - Squat: 315lbs Power Clean: 205lbs
12th- Squat: 335lbs Power Clean: 225lbs
LB- 11th - Squat: 315lbs Power Clean: 215lbs
