If you don’t know what “6A” football is in high school, that is the highest level of high school football. In some states it’s “7A” or in other states they may call it “D1” like they do in California. It’s all the same, but generally these are bigger kids who attend these schools. So this is just to let you know what you’re up against from a recruiting standpoint of you don’t go to one of these schools and to know what you’re walking into if you plan on going to one of these schools. The max lifts we will cover are barbell back squat and power clean.
QB- Squat:225 Clean: 145
WR/DB- Squat:205 Clean: 135
RB- Squat:265 Clean: 165
LB- Squat:275 Clean: 170
TE- Squat:295 Clean: 175
OL/DL- Squat:315 Clean: 185
