The lifts we will be discussing are bench press, squat and power cleans.



QB- Bench: N/A- really bad for your shoulder. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Power Clean: 160lbs


WR/DB- Bench: 155lbs

RB- Bench: 185lbs

LB- Bench: 195lbs
