The lifts we will be discussing are barbell back squat & power cleans. Probably the two most important max lifts for football players in my opinion.


QB- Squat: 225lbs   Power Clean: 155lbs


WR/DB- Squat: 210lbs   Power Clean: 145lbs


RB- Squat: 250lbs   Power Clean: 170lbs


TE- Squat: 265lbs   Power Clean: 170lbs


LB- Squat: 265lbs   Power Clean: 170lbs
