The two max lifts we will be discussing are barbell back squat & power clean, which I feel are the two most important for football players.
QB: Squat-225 Power Clean- 145
WR/DB: Squat-205 Power Clean- 135
RB: Squat-255 Power Clean- 155
LB: Squat-265 Power Clean- 165
TE: Squat-270 Power Clean- 175
OL/DL: Squat-275 Power Clean- 175
