Below we will be discussing the average max lifts for freshman WRs. I hope this can help you!

Below we will be discussing the max lifts you should try to shoot for as a freshman WR. I hope this is able to help. This can vary a little bit by your height and weight but generally this is what I would expect.



Bench- 185lbs



Squat- 255lbs



Power Clean- 165lbs



Deadlift- 275lbs(I recommend using the trap bar on this- less stress on your back)
