Below we will be discussing the average throw distance for 10th-12th graders. I hope this can help!

Also, in 2025 we are coming out to 15 more cities for QB/WR skill camps! We will be coming to SAN FRANCISCO CA, ORLANDO FL, PHOENIX AZ, CHARLOTTE NC, AUSTIN TX, CHICAGO IL, SEATTLE WA, LAS VEGAS NV, NEWARK NJ, BIRMINGHAM AL, HOUSTON TX, BOSTON MA, COLUMBUS OH, BOISE IDAHO & LOS ANGELES CA Checkout the link below to sign up ⬇️⬇️

For a high school QB below we will be discussing the general throw distance you should be hitting at your age. If you are not at these average distances, there are many things you can do to improve your arm strength. I would suggest getting in the gym and building your core strength/leg strength. Those directly translate to the throwing mechanical sequence and can greatly benefit your throw distance.
