QBs- wouldn’t worry about your bench max. It’s pretty much pointless for your QB mechanics & its a lot of strain on your throwing shoulder. Which you need to keep healthy.
WR/DBs- Under 125lbs
RB- Under 155lbs
LB- Under 165lbs
TE- Under 175lbs
OL/DL- Under 185lbs
Generally speaking, you want to be able to bench your body weight. If you can bench more than your body weight you are pretty strong. If you can’t bench your body weight you definitely need to get stronger. Weight plays a role in max lifts.
