If you want to be 10 steps ahead of a defense as an offensive player, you need to know what they are gonna do before they do it. And how you can do that is by having a high understanding of football IQ. Learning what a defense is trying to accomplish with each coverage is only half of it. You need to know how to recognize it and how to beat it. If you can master this art, especially as a QB or WR things can be really fun for you on that field. It’s all about reps. It’s all about seeing the defenses in front of you 100 times. It is undoubtedly the most important thing any offensive player needs to understand. If you want to see my premium film breakdowns of defenses, how to identify them, and how to beat them so you can be 10 steps ahead of any Defensive Coordinator, click the link below! ⬇️
