1)- High intensity interval training. Also known as HIT.
This means high reps & low rest time in between sets. This puts your body in a fat burning zone so you can burn more calories while lifting. Do sets of 12-20 reps & give yourself only 30-45 seconds rest in between sets. Will have to do lighter weight but the 12-20 reps should be to failure.
2)- Fasted cardio. Doing cardio in the morning especially after weights on an empty stomach can help you drop weight. Same idea as the HIT training we mentioned above, it puts your body in a fat burning zone.
3)- Eat single ingredient foods & cut back on carbs. If you eat natural Whole Foods like chicken, eggs, rice, potatoes etc. that are only single ingredient foods- you can drop weight. Processed foods like fast foods, cereals, chips etc. all have these long ass ingredient labels with things you have never heard of. That is the worst type of fuel you can put in your body. Cutting back your carb intake will also drop weight. I’ve even told athletes to not eat carbs- you will feel super low energy at first but if you need to quickly drop weight can work. Be prepared to gain some back when you start eating carbs again, but you wont gain all of it back if your diet is clean.
