Barbell Hang Cleans (3x8 reps)

Superset with

Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (3x8 reps each side)




SPLIT 2

Single Leg Box Jumps (3x8 each side)

Superset with

Dumbbell Bench Step Ups (explode your knee up to a 90 degree angle) (3x6 each side)




SPLIT 3

Medicine Ball Slams (3x10 reps)

Superset with

Medicine Ball Rotation Throws (3x10 reps)
