The easiest way to improve your hands is by catching. A lot of people don’t want to catch 100 footballs a day but that’s the easiest way. You need reps upon reps to help your hands get better. Now the reason most people don’t do this is they don’t have anybody to throw to, now there are two things you can do. Catch tennis balls and bounce them off a wall (if you don’t have any, buy some they are probably $5) and improve your grip strength. Now what exercises will help your grip strength?
