The fastest way to lose weight is very simple. If you need to drop weight fast I have 2 suggestions. I cut 10 lbs doing this same thing in about 1 month. You need to cut out all bread, processed foods and bad sugars like candy,pastries etc. I see too many athletes with a bad diet. I don’t believe in cutting out carbs completely because that is your fuel and it’s tough to maintain that diet. If you cut out bread and stick to rice and potatoes (not French fries) for carbs and stay away from sugars like ice cream and candy you will lose weight and get leaner. Now if you don’t lift you won’t get cut. You need to lift with high intensity in the gym. 5-6 sets 10-20 reps of a lighter weight. That’s how you get leaner and this is the quickest way to lose weight. It takes discipline but very simple things.
