A lot of people need to burn fat and put on muscle. Many think it’s impossible to do both but I think it is. If you want to get lean and be cut, there are a couple of things you need to do. Eating a low carb and sugar diet is going to be important but having a high protein and fats diet is also important. I’m nowhere near a dietitian, but this is what is currently working for me. I’m down to about 7% body fat and best shape I’ve ever been in because of simply diet. I always worked out hard but never got to that number because of my diet. For me personally, I don’t eat bread or sugar. So no candy, cookies, ice cream or sweets. Ever. I don’t eat bread unless it’s a cheat day which is rare and the only carbs I eat are rice and potatoes and sometimes a gluten free pasta. That’s just an example of what you can do. I don’t do the whole calorie intake detector. I’m not that scientific with it, I’m sure if I was I would see better results. Now I am also on a workout plan to help muscle growth and fat loss.
