Below we will be giving you a free at home catching workout for WRs. I hope this is able to help!

SPLIT 1 (Grip Strength)
Finger Tip Push Ups (3x10) (can perform these kneeling)
Pull Ups (3x as many reps possible) (can do these assisted)
Farmers Carry (walk with two heavy dumbbells) (3x30yds)
SPLIT 2 (Hand Eye)
Tennis Ball Overhead Catches (toss tennis ball over your head off a wall, keep your eyes forward- when you hear the tennis ball hit the wall- look up & catch it 1 handed) (25 reps on each hand)
Eyes Closed Tennis Ball Catches (face a wall- close your eyes- throw a tennis ball at the wall- when you hear it hit the wall- open your eyes and catch it 1 handed) (25 reps on each hand)
