4x100yd sprints for time
(Skill Players: 15 seconds
Linemen: 20 Seconds)
SPLIT 2
8x50yd sprints for time
(Skill Players: 8 Seconds
Linemen: 12 Seconds)
-For Rest, on the 100yd sprints- walk back 100yds in between sprints.
For the 50yd sprints walk back 50yds in between sprints.
