Below I will be giving a great workout for QBs & WRs to improve their grip strength. I hope this can help!

SPLIT 1


Finger Tip Push Ups (Can Be Done Kneeling As Well) (4x8 reps)


Superset with 


Plate Flips (take a weighted plate you put on the end of a barbell, flip it end over end and catch it before it hits the ground) (4x8 reps each hand)


1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets




SPLIT 2


Pull Up Bar Hangs (hang from a pull up bar) (4x1 minute)


Superset with


Dumbbell Farmers Carry (hold two heavy dumbbells and walk with them) (4x35yds)


1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets 




FINISHER


Finger Tip Push Up Plank (1-3 minutes) (hold a finger tip push up position)
