Finger Tip Push Ups (Can Be Done Kneeling As Well) (4x8 reps)

Superset with 

Plate Flips (take a weighted plate you put on the end of a barbell, flip it end over end and catch it before it hits the ground) (4x8 reps each hand)

1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets


Pull Up Bar Hangs (hang from a pull up bar) (4x1 minute)

Superset with

Dumbbell Farmers Carry (hold two heavy dumbbells and walk with them) (4x35yds)<
