FREE GRIP STRENGTH WORKOUT

Below we are going to give you a free grip strength workout to help your catching skills! I hope this can help.

SPLIT 1

Finger Tip Push Ups (do kneeling if you can’t do them normal) 3x10-12 reps


Superset with


Farmers Carry (3x40yds) (carry heavier dumbbells)



SPLIT 2

Plate Flips (3x10-12 each hand) (take a weighted plate and flip it end over end then catch it in your fingers)


Superset with 


Pull Ups (3xAMRAP)  




FINISHER 

Pull Up Bar Hangs ( 1 set- hang as long as you can)
