Warm Up
800yd Jog (easy at your own pace)
Split 1
A Skips (4x15yds)(jog 15yds after)
B Skips (4x15yds)(jog 15yds after)
C Skips (4x15yds)(jog 15yds after)
High Knee Karaoka (2x20yds)
Quick Karaoka (2x5yds) (sprint 15yds after)
Do whatever stretches you need to do to feel a little more loose.
Split 2
2x400yd Shuttles (up and back is what shuttle means) (if you’re doing this on a 100yd field- it would be up & back twice)
2x300yd Shuttles
4x200yd Shuttles
4x100yd Sprints
4x50yd Sprints
On all of these, walk back 100yds for rest-take as long as you want to walk back.
