FREE QB ARM STRENGTH WORKOUT

Below we will be giving you a free QB arm strength workout. I hope this can help!

Arm strength comes from a QBs hips, core and legs. So that is what this workout will be focusing on. It is important to stay mobile in your actual arm, but the strength of your upper body is not going to increase the distance or velocity you have on the ball. Throwing mechanics & core/leg strength will give you an increase.



SPLIT 1

Barbell Back Squat (5x5 reps)



SPLIT 2

Dumbbell Split Squats (back foot is on bench) (3x8 reps each side)


Superset with


Pistol Squats (aka one leg squats- squat to a bench and sit down slightly then pop up) (3x8 reps each side)



SPLIT 3

Medicine Ball Russian Twists (3x20 reps)


Superset with


Medicine Ball Slams (3x10 reps)
