Below we will be giving you a free WR catching workout that doesn’t require a QB. I hope this can help!

Eyes Closed Tennis Ball Catch (50 reps each hand)


(Face a wall- have your eyes closed- throw a tennis ball off the wall- when you hear it make contact- open your eyes and catch it with one hand)




Eyes Closed Overhead Tennis Ball Catch (50 reps each hand)



(Turn your back to a wall- make sure you are looking forward-toss a tennis ball over your head off the wall- when you hear it bounce, look up and catch the ball 1 handed over your head)



Triple Snap Catches (50 each hand)



(Throw a tennis ball at a wall- snap 3 times in the hand that you threw it in- then catch)
