So generally for football players I’m not a believer in doing a bodybuilding workout split where you are working one specific muscle group on a certain day. I like splitting up the days into upper body and lower body days. Maybe with a specific emphasis on a few muscle groups. So here is a weekly schedule you can follow!

Monday- Upper Body (chest, shoulders, core)

Tuesday- Lower Body

Wednesday- Speed Day (off gym)

Thursday- Upper Body (back, arms, core)

Friday- Lower Body

Saturday- Speed Day

Sunday- Rest Day
