SPLIT 1
Tennis Ball Wall Snap Catches (2x20 each hand)
(Throw a tennis ball off the wall- snap your fingers 2 times and then catch- throw the tennis ball pretty hard- snap fingers of the hand you are catching the ball with)
Tennis Ball Overhead Wall Catches (2x30 each hand)
(Stand with your back against a wall, toss a tennis ball over your head while looking forward. When you hear it bounce off the wall- look up, find it and catch it)
Finger Tip Push Ups (3x8-10)
(Great exercise for grip strength. If you cannot do normal push ups, kneel down & do assisted push ups)
