SPLIT 1


Power Cleans

5x8 reps


Superset with


Box Jumps

5x8 reps


Superset with


Dumbbell Jump Squats

5x8 reps


2 minutes rest in between each set

Dumbbell Lunge Holds (get down into a lunge and hold the position- almost like a plank)


5x30 seconds on each side
