B-Skip 6x15yds

C-Skip 6x15yds

Any kind of static stretching you need to do. Always want to do a dynamic warm up before you stretch. Never want to stretch cold muscles, this leads to injury

20x40yd Sprints (want to use some kind of resistance) (Weighted vest, Parachute, or Sled)

30-45 seconds rest in between sets

3x100yd Sprints (no resistance)

Walk 100yds Back For Rest
