To be a more accurate passer you need to do 2 things. You need to be able to keep your front side square to the target and keep your eyes level. Now by front side I mean your front shoulder and arm. A lot of people think you need to swing your front elbow down or swing your front shoulder open to generate power, that is not the case. You need to drive from your back leg and back hip to rotate through, the front side stays closed and your front hand stays tight to your body for torque, guys who drop their front arm have a very high release because it causes their shoulders to be un-even. And then guys who tend to swing their front shoulder open have a wider release that gets pushed outside of their frame. The second part to accuracy is eyes, QBs tend to lean out of the throw for the same reasons they swing their front shoulder or they want to look at the ball. You want your head to stay at the same spot throughout the throw. I struggled with this problem a lot because I wanted to watch the ball, focus on keeping your chin at the same spot and your head will stay steady. These are two keys that you can do to improve accuracy.
