Quarterback is the hardest position in all of sports. I don’t think anything is close, and because of that, we have to train different. There are things that you should do and things that you shouldn’t when it comes to lifting weights. The most important muscle groups for QBs are legs and core so that should be heavily emphasized. Now you can’t neglect all other movements but you don’t need to be doing heavy bench press or heavy shoulder press. That will never help your performance on the field. Shoulder mobility exercises will and a lot of resistance work with bands will make you a much better QB. At quarterback you never want to lose your range of motion, trying to get “swole” by lifting a whole bunch of weight will not work for your game. If you need a specific QB workout plan for 28 Days check out this link below ⬇️
