SPLIT 1

Barbell Hang Cleans 3x6 reps


SPLIT 2

Single Leg Box Jumps  3x8 reps each leg



SPLIT 3

Barbell Pause Squat (pause at the bottom for 2 seconds then explode up) 5x6 reps
