There are 3 things you can do to help yourself gain weight fast.

1)- Getting into a calorie surplus. A calorie surplus is when you consume more calories then you burn. So you need to figure out how many calories you burn daily (you can use a calorie tracking tool off of google for this) and then try to consume 40-50% calories above your break even point. So if you burn 1,000 calories you want to try to consume 1,400 calories.

2)- Lifting in the 8-12 rep range. A lot of athletes will lift super heavy in a 1-3 rep max range. But the issue is that is not the best rep range for hypertrophy. AKA muscle growth. You will get stronger but if you can push yourself to failure in the 8-12 rep range, you will see a big benefit in muscle growth.

3)- Protein consumption. If you want to gain weight quickly I suggest consuming 1G of protein per pound of the desired body weight you want to get to. So if you’re 150lbs and want to get to 160lbs, consume 160G of protein daily. Now it can be hard to do that without using some type of protein supplement. If you checkout the link below we have a great protein powder specifically for athletes than you can use to help with weight gain!
