4 Keys To A Great Highlight Tape
1)- Best plays first. On either side of the ball. Don’t break up your tape by offense/defense/special teams. Include your best and most explosive plays- college coaches want to see explosive playmakers and athletes. They know where you will best fit on their team position wise.
2)- Keep it short, 1-3 minutes. College coaches have limited time and will not watch a 7-10 minute long tape. 1-3 minutes of your best plays is plenty.
3)- Appropriate Music- don’t put your favorite rap song as the background music. Just use the Hudl stock Music they have.
4)- Be professional. Before the Hudl video starts- don’t put your nickname & don’t highlight a player that you made look foolish on a play.
