Tying your feet to your eyes simply means, wherever your eyes go, your feet follow. So if you’re working a curl flat progression, and the flat is covered, your eyes go to the curl and so do your feet. This will help you make quicker reads and be more accurate when you go through your progressions in the pocket. Now to understand your offense, you have to understand defenses. You have to understand where certain guys will be at certain times.
