1)- Tampa 2. It’s a version of cover 2 where the middle backer drops to cover the middle of the field which is a weakness of regular cover 2
2)- Mills concept. Any concept with a deep post, dig and a drag or something to the flats underneath would be a mills concept. Great vs. cover 4 because you can isolate either the safety on the post side or the outside linebacker on the post side as well.
Is there any good way to learn concepts and coverages and how to read them?
You probably won’t see this but I was wondering how I can read defenses better and faster, and how I can stop being nervous in games. I also tend to have tunnel vision and stare down my first target a lot. I’m in 8th grade and am hoping to fix all that the best I can before high school. Thank you!
