1)- Your read is the middle linebacker. The running back swing should take the outside linebacker out of the box. If the middle backer runs with the drag- you throw the dig behind it. If the middle backer drops- throw the drag. If the outside backer doesn’t run with the swing initially then throw the swing.
2)- Cover 3. You could look off the safety and throw one of the seams. In some variations of cover 3- the overhand defender can play man with the slot if he goes vertical past 10yds - so if that’s the case you can throw one of the hitches outside.
