This is the schedule I would follow when I played high school ball on a regular school day:
Wake up
School
Team Workout(lift, condition, routes vs air)
Homework
Throw (footwork, pocket movement etc.)
Eat
Mechanics work (for WRs: A lot of hip mobility and balance and for QBs a lot of mechanic work)
Shower/ Eat/Protein shake
1 hour of film study
