SPLIT 1

Barbell Back Squat

5x8 reps (70% of your max)



SPLIT 2

Dumbbell Split Squat 

3x8 reps each side 


Superset with (perform back to back)


Goblet Squats 

3x12 reps



2 minutes rest in between sets 



SPLIT 3

Walking Lunges 

3x40yds



Walk 40yds back for rest
