STRETCH ROUTINE To Get Faster

Below we are going to give you a great stretch routine to do that will help your speed improve. I hope this helps!

Each exercise is designed to be done for 20-30 seconds and 2 times. For 1 leg exercises it should be done 2x20-30 seconds on each side.
