Right now is obviously tough times for athletes to be able to put in work. They can’t do much and are limited to what they can access. I’m very blessed and have a home gym but if you don’t have something like that this is what you can do. The thing I recommend for my athletes who don’t want to get my body weight workout plan is to do this circuit: 100 push ups, 200 jump squats and 300 sit ups. It seems easy but if you break it up into 10 sets per exercise and you take little rest time it is a great workout. This is the same workout I would do when I played and I didn’t have access to a gym. Never failed to get a sweat going for me and to make me a little sore the next day. If you are consistent with this and it starts getting easy, increase the reps or lower the rest time. You need to make it constantly hard on yourself right now. When it comes to the mental side of things you also need to be improving. Are you able to read coverages and understand defenses as a QB/WR.
